Porter app will run smoothly till the booking is done. The real disappointment starts after that because there will be no dedicated customer support  to resolve customer issues or answering queries. Porter customer care reply are same as BPO employees, they are good to say sorry and will tell you to raise the issue through app and via Email.

CONCLUSION:

Porter is an app in which any tempo owner can register themselves by one time paying an registration amount and after that tempo owner also have to pay 20 to 25% of the quoted amount as a commission to porter. So never assume that porter will handle your shifting. At the end a tempo driver and unprofessional labours will handle your shifting. Sometimes on the day of shifting  you can get the shocking news through app notification that your booking has been cancelled by the vendor.
